Pineview

Craig and Sharelle came to visit from Florida. They have the most darling little boys...Gavin, Mason, and Russell. Just wanna sit and squeeze them. They invited us to come boating with them at Pineview. The Smiths, McGarys, and my family came (Mom, Bruce, Breanne, me, Damon, and Jonas).

Cavities

Well, we have our first cavities. Kinda stinky. I guess they are flossing cavities. Anyhow, Damon was a champ! He did absolutely amazing, and I am so proud of him. After it was over and I was talking with him about it he said that it never hurt. The only thing that has bugged him is when he was numb he started chewing on his lip cause he couldn't feel it. Now he has a huge sore that makes it look like he has a fat lip. He doesn't complain much though. Glad he had a good experience. 

We all went out for ice cream to celebrate Damon's success! 

Kawa's visit

Our friends from NE came for a visit. We have missed them so much and it was so fun to see them! Many of our friends from school have family in Utah, so when they come to visit we get to see them. Owen and Reese are growing up so fast!

School, birthdays, craziness...

Damon absolutely loves school. Begs to go everyday...even on the weekends. Wishes he could be there all day instead of half a day.  His teacher is awesome and he has made lots of new friends. Still can't believe it.

We continued with birthdays...Alisha's on the 6th, and Bruce's on the 7th. We went over to my parents on the 7th for the usual birthday feast-Beef Tomato Chow Yuk. Bruce chose banana cream pie for dessert, and that was great too. Fun to be able to celebrate their birthdays here again!

While we were stuffing our faces, Jonas snuck out back and enjoyed some of the neighbors berries.

The other night Damon came in our room after getting ready for bed and told us about him awesome idea! Wearing all his underwear at the same time. Genius!

Birthdays, Blessing

We have started our round of August birthdays! First was my wonderful mom on the 4th. She is amazing to say the least. So grateful to have her in our lives. 

Today was Ryan's birthday...and Channing's blessing! What a special day. Ryan gave his son a beautiful blessing and we had a wonderful day together as a family...(missed you Aubrey and Landon).

Ryan and Lynnae have awesome fruit trees in their backyard. Jonas was loving it.

Visit, Learning to ride

I got to go see my friend Chaleese in the hospital today-she just had a beautiful little boy. So happy for her and her family.
The Odenthal's came to visit family in Utah so we got to see them for a bit. Fanny, Brisa, Bryce, and Brielle...love them.

Damon has been a little nervous about learning to ride his bike, but we started practicing the last few days and now he is great! He rides all on his own and never wants to get off. So fun to see him grow and learn new things. 

And sweet face Jo was Damon's biggest cheerleader!
