Cruise

When we were enduring our first year of Law School, I remember the guys saying they needed some kind of reward at the end to help them make it through the everyday grind. They settled on a Cruise. We talked about it, and hoped it would happen. Kinda thought it would, and visa versa. But it happened. So nice to be able to let things go for a few days and not think of a thing! (Also, super big thanks to my angel sister Alisha, Breanne, my mom, family, and the Johnsons. Couldn't have happened without them.)
Ahhhhhhhh! :)

Awesome water slide on the boat

We stopped in Catalina and Ensenada.

In Catalina we took golf carts around the island.  It was so beautiful.

Dress up night

Crazy guys...

In Ensenada we went to the beach.

Getting ready to go boogie boarding

It came and went like a dream. So grateful we were able to go.

Johnson Family Night

Yay! We get to come to family night again! In May they always do a pinata which is super fun to watch the kids do. So fun to be surrounded with lots and lots of family after being away for quite a while.

Da actually broke it open!

For our stake conference we were invited to come to the Conference Center to hear President Uchtdorf, Elder Holland, and some other leaders speak. It was wonderful of course. Such a blessing.

Happy Day

Our families both left early monday morning, which just happened to be Kyle's birthday! Because we had some final cleaning and packing to do my sweet family took the boys with them so we could get everything done quick. But we had to celebrate too! Kyle said all he wanted was a rack of ribs from Phat Jack's (the most awesome bbq place ever!). And that is just what he got. It was pretty heavenly.

Gonna miss this place
We left for home on Wednesday after packing and cleaning our little hearts out. Nebraska has been our home for the longest amount of time since our little family began. It will always hold a special place in our hearts. We absolutely love love LOVE all of our wonderful friends we met while we were here and will forever. Kyle will be studying for the Bar which is July 24-25th. Happy, excited, scared, kinda nervous, but ready for our new chapter.

Graduation

I think that I never thought it would actually come. That we would just be at this stage for forever. Actually, I am not sure I was quite ready for it to come yet. But it came non the less. What a day full of emotions and gratitude for everyone around me. And of course, especially my wonderful hubs. I know that Law School is something he would not wish on his worst enemy,...and for that reason I am so happy that he has endured and finished.

What a handsome group of guys!

My girlies

(So glad my sis was able to come with my parents and littlest sister Breanne even though it was a HUGE sacrifice for her and her family. Thanks Lish! :)

So proud

I really enjoyed all the speeches and everything, but we were all so ready for it to be done. Tired little boys without naps are no fun to be around, but they are still super cute.

Last time downtown. Super bittersweet. Sometimes it is hard to move on. Guess that is what we need to grow though. We are excited, and a bit nervous (maybe just me) about what the future holds for our family. We have been across the U.S. and around the world in the past few years. Who knows what is next.
