So our friends the Sigety's made us aware of this wonderful thing called the Food Truck Roundup that is relatively new to Lincoln, Nebraska. It was so amazing, really beyond words. We were so sad that it was our one and only time to enjoy its goodness. Just a group of trucks with awesome food, treats, and fun with friends outside where the kids could run and yell to their hearts content. Perfection.
