Park, Food, Picture.

Jonas has discovered he LOVES cottage cheese. He downs it like there is no tomorrow. He was having a quiet time the other day and when I went to check on him, I discovered he had gotten the new container of cottage cheese that is 24 oz. He had eaten the whole container! In only a few minutes! And was fast asleep. It was sitting empty on the ledge right by his bed. Crazy little boy.

We decided to have a picnic at Layton park. The picnic was fun but the kids loved feeding the ducks!

They have had a waffle wagon parked down the street from us by the new park and the Walgreens on the corner. One of Kyle's favorite things is waffles, so it was a no brainer. We had to try it.

Our next door neighbors, the Crawleys, gave us some of their yummy apricots. We made some freezer jam which we are all very excited about. It is going fast! How lucky we are to have such sweet and giving neighbors.

Jonas drew this picture that I just thought was some swirly scribbles. He told me it was me with the baby boy. I guess I need to tame my hair back a bit.

Cutest face.

Colorado Boys Trip

The guys all met up at Griff and Lara's house in Colorado for the weekend. Oh how I miss them all.

Camping, Townley Family Reunion.

This little girly's hair is getting long! Fun to put in little piggies.

The Townley family reunion was Friday and Saturday. Friday we all went up to Echo reservoir to go boating and ride jet skis. My siblings decided to camp there for the night. Ry and Lynnae, Bri and Lish,  and Chris and Brookie came with their kids.

Kyle brought his kayak he won and broke it in. The kids loved it!

Amazing moon over the water.

Sweet sleepy babes.

Up for the sunrise.

Damon has been so excited about fishing. He got up early and was ready to go.

Saturday we went to the McGary's. We played games, had a pool party, and ate lots of delicious food. Love getting together with all of my extended family.

Fourth

Damon loves to decorate the house for holidays. He helped me make all these paper airplanes out of newspaper to hang around the room.

This is our first fourth of July here in Kaysville. We walked down to see the parade in the morning. It was pretty packed ut we found a nice shady spot in front of the library.

Jumping on the tramp at grandma and grandpa's house.

More fun with slip and slides!

My first cherry pie with our own cherries. I am not really a cherry person. I love good fresh cherries but not the canned ones or pie very much. But I was surprised how much I liked it. Fresh is always better. So grateful for our fruit trees that have given us so much produce.

All ready for fireworks!

Damon's Birthday

Happiest Birthday to this wonderful 7 year old. He is one amazing little boy. We love him so much and are so grateful to have him in our family. We had a fun day at Boondocks, then had family over for cake and popsicles.

One of their favorites. Water boats that have squirt guns they can shoot at each other.

Sparklers!

Church, Sleepy, Building.

We go to the same church building that my dad and grandparents went to. Many members of the ward are the same as when they went here. It is so fun to meet people and have them tell me things about my family. My grandparents were kind, humble, loving, and righteous. I appreciate that more now than I ever have before. The building is right on 200 North up from our home.

It is still the same ward too! The 13th. I have never seen the ward names on the building before.

Church is exhausting. For kids and parents. Lyla had her bottle, but didn't make it past that.

Jonas is like his brother. They love building things. They have always loved puzzles and figuring things out. Jo built this on his own! Following the instructions in the little book.

It makes me so happy when my kids get along. It seems to not happen very often, so I savor every single second. We found some matching frames at DI, painted the backs with chalkboard paint, and now they can draw to their hearts content.

RPM Lagoon Day

Such a fun day every year. The kids are getting a little more adventurous, but still don't want to go on anything 'too scary'. Lyla and I just hung out.

Damon's favorite ride.

After playing for awhile we had a BBQ with all the RPM group. Pretty soon afterward it started to downpour. And it didn't stop. Miserable and wet but its funny to remember!
