Damon's Birthday

It is almost too crazy to believe that he is five. 

Damon is such a loving and protective brother. They can sure get into it sometimes, but he always watches over Jonas. 

Damon has been begging to go bowling, so that is just what we did. They also got to play on the blow-up playground. Loved it! 

Damon got two strikes! Yay!!!

Afterward we went to the Johnsons. Burt bought a bike that Kyle fixed up for Damon-and it turned out absolutely amazing. It was a gift from us and both of our parents. We are absolutely spoiled with love from both of our families. Thank you so much for making it such a special day!

That night we went up to my Uncle Kirk and Aunt Blenda's house for a BBQ and pool party. It was awesome. Food, family, wonderful times. AND, by the end of the night Damon was swimming on his own (with a life jacket). He is not too fond of the water so this was huge for him. He swam the length of the pool a few times and didn't want to get out. Guess turning five really flipped a switch!

Such a great day. 

Chris and Brookie

My sweet sister Brooklyn and her love-Chris got married on June 30th. We had the reception the night before and everything was perfect. Love them so much.

The Andersons and Osmonds even came! So happy to see them after all of our long moves.

The wedding day was beautiful as well. So happy these two are hitched. Chris's family is adorable, so glad to be expanding our family with each new addition.

Swimming, Black eye, Cousins...

Chris invited all of our families to come swim at his grandma and grandpa's house. We had a blast. They had the most beautiful yard, and the pool was amazing. They also had a soft serve ice cream machine in their garage. He sure spoiled us rotten. Thanks Chris!

Though you can't see it very well in this picture Jonas has now had his 3rd black eye. This one he got from my grandma's table. Just the right height for this little guy's eye. The nursery teachers are starting to wonder what we do to him because every week he has a new injury.

We LOVE being close to family. And it is super nice to have Bri, Lish, Jayce, and Halli just a floor away. We hang out in the back yard a lot! So fun to have them all together again. 

The other morning this little squishy woke me up with his awesome superhero sound effects. Pretty darn irresistible. 

Ryan and Lynnae had their sweet baby a little over a week ago. Channing Ryan Bitter...and he is perfect.
