I will have to have Kyle make a little post about his view on his externship so far. He tells me it is good, and that he is learning lots. So interesting to hear him talk about things he is working on that will affect our country. There are also many classified things he works on which we cannot talk about. I am so glad he was able to have this opportunity to be here. He is of course meeting many new people-some who are involved with China. We hope these relationships will help us as we are getting closer to graduating school and finding work.
On Friday Kyle went to work at the Pentagon, and at noon everyone started getting ready to go to a Nationals baseball game. Guess he did not get the message, but ended up going to the game anyway-just in a suit. Everyone else had brought a change of clothes. He said it was fun and good to meet more of the attorneys who work there.
